  • Onboard new clients to the NOVA-X ecosystem
  • Respond to technical inquiries and support tickets
  • Proactively monitor client system health via our dashboard
  • Gather user feedback to improve the product

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical aptitude to understand our energy products
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with clients
  • Experience in B2B customer support or account management
