1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NOVA-X INNOVATION website (nova-xi.co.za) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
NOVA-X INNOVATION provides renewable energy solutions (solar panel installation, LiFePO4 storage systems), connectivity hardware (DC UPS backup units for routers and ONT devices), and IT development services. The specific terms of any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement between NOVA-X INNOVATION and the client.
3. Warranties and Guarantees
Our solar photovoltaic panels carry a 25-year performance guarantee as specified at the time of sale. All hardware warranties are subject to the terms documented in your individual service agreement. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to tumelo@nova-xi.co.za.
4. Payment and Billing
Payment terms for all services are specified in individual client agreements. NOVA-X INNOVATION reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NOVA-X INNOVATION and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOVA-X INNOVATION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pretoria, Gauteng.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
